We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Items that have been worn

  • Items damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
